How it works

Recruiter invites

A recruiter enters the candidate's details and describes the work environment - hazard exposure, supervision context, consequence of error. One credit is deducted. The candidate receives a secure link valid for seventy-two hours.

Candidate completes

The candidate completes the forty-minute survey on any device. Branding is neutral. Responses are validated for consistency and social desirability. The candidate sees no risk language and receives no result.
