Most candidates complete all fifty-five items in thirty-five to forty-five minutes. The interface is responsive on mobile and desktop, and candidates can resume a partial assessment at any point within the seventy-two-hour link validity period.
No. RISURIX works alongside any applicant tracking system. Recruiters send invitations directly from the RISURIX portal and receive the report by email within sixty seconds of completion. No IT integration, no API work, no procurement of additional software.
RISURIX is not a personality test. It measures five specific behavioural dimensions that predict workplace safety behaviour in physical-work environments. The dimensions were selected for their predictive validity in safety outcomes, not for general personality description. A generic personality inventory can tell you someone is conscientious. It cannot tell you whether that conscientiousness holds when supervision reduces and production pressure rises. RISURIX is built for that question.
RISURIX is one input into a selection process - not a sole basis for any hiring decision. Every report carries a disclaimer to this effect. Organisations using RISURIX remain responsible for conducting selection in a manner compliant with Australian anti-discrimination law. When used as part of a structured, criteria-based selection process with other inputs, RISURIX provides a defensible, documented, behavioural risk perspective. If a decision is challenged, the engaging organisation - not Safetysure - is the respondent.
The candidate sees a survey titled "Workplace Preferences Survey" with no RISURIX or Safetysure branding visible during the assessment. The questions ask about preferences, scenarios, and judgements - they do not describe themselves as measuring risk or safety. This is a deliberate psychometric design choice to reduce social desirability bias. Candidates provide informed consent before beginning, and they can request their report under Australian Privacy Principle 12.
Yes. All candidate response data is stored on Supabase infrastructure in the ap-southeast-2 (Sydney) region. No candidate personal data is transferred outside Australia during processing. Submitted responses and generated reports are retained for seven years in line with Australian Privacy Principle 11.
